REFUNDS & RETURNS

Scent is very subjective so please read the description of the scents before purchasing. Due to the handmade nature of our products we are unable to accept returns on any used products.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Outside of the 30 days, we may offer a replacement or exchange for defective items on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at orders@cocoandbubbles.com for more information.

We will accept returns only for replacement or exchange, no refunds are allowed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial exchanges are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges
If you need to exchange for the same item or a different item of the same type, send us an email at orders@mountainmadnesssoap.com and mail your item to: Coco & Bubbles, LLC., Attn: Returns, 1929 Lisa Ln. Riverdale, GA 30296 United States. Please include a copy of the order invoice.

Damaged shipments
Damage during shipping, while completely out of our control, sometimes happens. We will work with you to rectify the situation. If you have the opportunity at time of delivery, if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier, and let us know immediately. For standard carrier shipments (i.e.; US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we must have been notified (by phone or email) of any damage (or other problems) and have been provided with any and all additional information within 2 business days of you receiving your products. We require that this notification include detailed pictures of the damaged package and products so that we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. Once we validate the damage, we will immediately mail you replacements for the damaged products at no cost to you. We ask that you please hold on to the damaged package and products for 30 days as the carrier may ask you to bring it in for an inspection as part of the claim process.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: Coco and Bubbles, LLC., Attn: Returns, 1929 Lisa Ln Riverdale, GA 30296 United States. Please include a copy of the order invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was a mistake on the order that was our fault, we will pay for all shipping for the replacement and the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
